DURBAN - 12 June 2016 - Liezl van der Merwe, the parliamentary whip for South Africa's Inkatha Freedom Party announces that following the upcoming local government elections on August 3, that all IFP controlled municipalities will provide free sanitary pads to school girls who cannot afford them. She made the announcement at a rally in Durban's King Zwelithini Sadium where the party's local government election manifesto was launched.
