PRETORIA - 24 June 2011 - A small group of Right-To-Know campaigners protest near South Africa's Ministry of State Security against the proposed Prohibition of Information Bill which will see 25-year sentences for those who expose information classified as secret. The classification of scret information can be made by low level government employees.
