DURBAN - 2 September 2016 - Ricchard Vallihu, the chief executive of South Africa's Transnet National Port Authority hold a Delft plate received from the Dutch firm Royal IHC after the opening of a R29 million dredging simulator in Durban. The simulator will be used at a Dredging School that is set to open in Durban in January 2017. The simulator was installed by Royal IHC.
