SEEHEIM - 2 July 2014 - The Naute Dam in southern Namibia is the third largest dam in the dry arid country. Built between 1970 and 1972, when Namibia was still called South West Africa and under the control of neighbouring South Africa, the dam provides water to a fruit farm and is the site of a fishery.
